A New Cooker

Steve Marsh has been welcomed into the nursery as our new chef and is busy finalising our new summer menus which we will share with you at the beginning of July.  On his first day he was visiting all the children in the play rooms when two of our pre-school boys asked him if he was "our new cooker", promptly went off announcing to everyone "our new cooker's here!"

Later in the week it was the children's turn to visit the kitchen, they had chosen to bake Chocolate Cookies.  Working out the number of cookies they needed for everyone they kindly asked Steve if he would like one. When he said that the children should have them all, the children's response was "but we want to make you one".  He certainly seems to have made an impression with the children.
