The Dragonfly children had a wonderful time when they joined other local children for a performance of 'The Owl Who was Afraid of the Dark' at Asygarth Pre-Prep School.  Returning to nursery they were eager to tell me the most memorable bits from the show...

"I liked everything, the silly dances"

     "the bit when they squirted me"

          "I liked the birdies living in the nest, I loved the outside play"

               "when we got wet and stroking the owl"

                    "All of the show!"

These are just some of the comments the children made before writing a big Thank You card which they will be sending to the school along with a freshly baked cake for the staff at Asygarth top enjoy.

On Monday the adventure continues as the children visit Thorp Perrow to meet the real owls
