Above & Beyond

Another day, another chance to see the commitment of many who work in Early Years.  Our fantastic Room Leaders from the Ladybird, Grasshopper and Dragonfly Rooms have attended a locality Moderation Meeting with me this evening. Meetings like this allow us to spend time challenging our assessments so we can consistently demonstrate the progress children make across all areas of learning.  Many childminders, pre-school and nursery staff who were there will already have worked a long day like us and yet they still saw the value of attending. It shows just how much love there is for our day to day roles and of course there will be more fun and laughter tomorrow!
