Learning on the Wild Side

The rain hasn't dampened life at Incy Wincy's today, it has been as busy as ever, though rather than sun cream it was wellies and waterproofs for both the staff and the children.  Leanne has challenged the whole nursery to be involved in the Wildlife Trust's 30 Days Wild; the aim is to bring a little bit of nature into life whenever we can with random acts of wildness! So with this in mind the Dragonflies have been renovating our Bug Hotel in the kitchen garden, the Ladybirds were in their favourite place - mixing in the mud kitchen, the Bumble Bees were jumping in puddles while our Caterpillar babies listened to the pitter-patter of rain on the pram covers as they went for a stroll around the park.
