 The staff know I am a little obsessive about children's storybooks. I know that children who catch the storybug early love to get lost in the wonderful, imaginative world created by the words and pictures in books.  Of course it helps to remember that each time the babies, toddlers and pre-school children at nursery, and most importantly at home are read to it takes them another teeny step closer to becoming fantastic independent readers. I was reading an article recently when I discovered a great website full of recommended titles (I spotted several of my absolute favourites) and lots of fun activities for families. So my top tip for today is to visit www.lovemybooks.co.uk but watch out you might catch the storybug too! Sarah MG
