Investing in our People

We have again been recognised for the value we place and support we offer to each member of our staff team; for a second time we have received the Investors in People accreditation.  The assessor noted many strengths within the report, for example...

            "There is a clear culture of excellence within the nursery, with all staff describing a desire to be the best and maintain the high levels of  standard. The interviews identified a high level of engagement from staff, with all describing a positive, supportive and encouraging place of work."

Another big Thank You to the members of team Incy Wincy's who again showed their commitment by giving up time from their precious weekend last Friday & Saturday.  Some members were attending further Makaton training as we continue to invest in a whole setting approach, while others were helping to spring clean our storage areas and tidy up the outdoor environments. A great team effort!
