Congratulations

We hope everyone will join us in congratulating one of our team members who accepted a promotion this Month - a big well done to Megan!
Megan joined Incy Wincy's 6 years ago, firstly completing her student placement in the Bumble Bee Room. She 
enjoyed the experience so much that once qualified she immediately applied to join our team full time. Megan's learning journey has taken her from student, to Early Years Educator, to Senior Educator and now Room Leader. During this time Megan has gained experience across all ages and a broad understanding of child development 0-5 years.
When finally landing in our Grasshopper Pre-School Megan said she was a little unsure about working with the age long term as she loved being with the younger children, but now admits she would not want to leave them!
Megan has worked hard, promoting to others what makes Incy Wincy’s such a wonderful place for children and she happily admits to still learning alongside the children. Megan is perfectly placed to help others joining team Incy Wincy’s, offering support if any new educators are unsure about aspects of their key person role. It is always a pleasure to see team members grow at Incy Wincy’s either in their current role or in taking on new responsibilities, we look forward to seeing more staff continuing their professional development with us.
